Learning and Development (L&D) Advisor - 6-9 Month FTC
Part time 29 hours per week / 4 days per week
We now have an excellent opportunity for a passionate and motivated Learning and Development professional to join our HR team for a period of 6-9 months. The role will be field based with the potential of regular UK travel to our stores and Head offices to deliver training.
What you’ll do
As an L&D Advisor you will be responsible for the design, delivery, facilitation and evaluation of training/elearning and solutions for behavioural and technical skills in line with business needs. You will be responsible for scoping, creating, delivering and facilitating development solutions for all areas of the business.
You will need to keep your ear to the ground and benchmark our training against external solutions to ensure forward thinking approaches are utilised and provide a consultancy service to key stakeholders in the business. Alongside the practical creation and delivery of training you will also evaluate the return of investment of development and present this data back to key stakeholders to assess performance.

Who we’re looking for
You’ll have strong experience scoping, designing, delivering and evaluating elearning solutions in a retail environment. Strong project management skills are a must, with the ability to manage multiple projects to a high standard and the tenacity to see projects through from beginning to end. Everything you do should have a strong focus on finding solutions to truly embed a learning culture across the business.
