" This is an exciting opportunity to join us and work within our Home Service Planning Team as a Senior Analyst. This role is key to the delivery of great experience for Sky customers both New and Existing by ensuring we have the most optimal Engineer availability to match our booking demand across the country. We have a great new field service planning system and want to continue to establish best practice and maximise the system capability. - "Senior Planning Manager "

 

What you'll do:

  • Create and refine industry leading forecasting models for both supply and demand from Long - term to day -1.Manage the budget and recruitment planning for a large geographical area for multiple skillsets.Maintain the relationships with the Regional Managers and Heads of Field to ensure an effective and efficient delivery of the plan.Work with a team of analysts to deliver the best possible visits dates for customers in line with the business Service Levels. Make recommendations based on accurate, relevant and consistent data and have solutions to minimise the impact on the future delivery.Work collaboratively with the wider planning team focusing on best practice sharing

What you'll bring:

  • Experience of building accurate planning models or forecastsProven, strong analytical background and demonstrate a robust approach to problem solving.Real sense of ownership and accountability to deliver against planComfortable with ambiguity - being able to provide clarity and guide decision making.Ability to work at pace - we work in an agile, fast-moving way at SkyAdvanced Excel, VBA, SQL or Business Objects experience would be an advantage
