Job Title: International Brand - Customer Service Executive - Part Time
Salary: Up to GBP23K
Location: Leeds City Centre
Hours: Monday and Tuesday, 09:00 - 17:30 with a third day to be agreed between parties (earlier or later start/finishes available)
Contract Type: Part Time Permanent with immediate start
Start: ASAP
The company we're recruiting for are an exciting, growing, ecommerce business who are looking for a thorough, organised and confident communicator to join their Customer Service team.
Working closely with the Customer Service Manager, you'll be assisting customers around the globe by answering queries on products, orders and feedback. You'll also be working closely with the Product and Operations Team as you're a key member of the business.
Outside of your team, you'll be part of a wider, friendly office who create a sociable, hardworking and ambitious environment.
Based in Leeds city centre, this office is well connected by public transport with access to everything this brilliant city has to offer. Your contributions and drive will secure your part in this company's continuously successful journey.
This role is perfect for all those with solid experience of putting customers first within a busy environment that focusses on quality customer experiences.
Within your new role as a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for:
Ensuring all Customers receive a prompt reply to their queries
Investigating queries further for information on order status, refunds and technical support
Working with Product and Marketing teams to feedback any relevant information which could be utilised going forwards
Any adhoc duties as required by the Customer Service Manager and the Head of Operations
Skills/experience required for this position:
Excellent written communication
High attention to detail
High level of customer experience, ideally customer facing
Confidence to manage own workload
