Our client is seeking an Administrator on an initial 6 Month contract with the possibility of an extension.
Working Hours and Pay Rate:
Monday - Wednesday, 09:00 - 17:00. At a pay rate of GBP8.91 p/h
Job Purpose:
To provide a comprehensive, efficient, and professional PA/secretarial and administrative support service to the Elected Members of Derbyshire County CouncilMain Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide the main point of contact for the Elected Members acting as a filter for issues, enquiries and problems, resolving most issues in person or via direct contact with senior staff
Proactively monitor the Elected Members' correspondence and emails to ensure that any necessary actions are identified, tracked and addressed.
Responsible for the effective management of the electronic diary of the Elected Members, assessing the priority of appointments and reallocation. Skills and Requirements:
Working in a fast-paced office environment
Working in a customer focussed environment
Electronic diary management
