The post holder will be responsible for managing a geographical region of schools and colleges within the UK, along with associated recruitment communications campaigns and conversion. The post holder must work closely with the Undergraduate Recruitment Manager to inform portfolio and recruitment trends within their region and will work closely with staff across the University

Description
The post holder will work closely with undergraduate champions across the University and will be responsible for driving recruitment growth for home undergraduate programmes. This will include enabling strategic level conversations with regional feeder schools and colleges and provide products to meet consumer demand; and designing engaging campaigns to raise awareness and increase applications for University of Lincoln programmes. The post holder must have and share knowledge of customer behaviour, decision making, competitor activity and the macro and micro environments affecting the postgraduate higher education market. In addition, they will respond to client requests and horizon-scan to identify and flag areas that present potential opportunities or risks for the institution.
The post holder will:
Identify and schedule an annual plan for their region and key feeders for undergraduate recruitment and conversion activities for the University.
Carry out research to inform programme, development and positioning.
Agree timescales and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Analyse and translate campaign results and research and write timely reports, including recommendations.
Share campaign and research outcomes appropriately across the University and proactively engage and advise staff on how they can undertake local recruitment and conversion activities.
Attend and manage events to key institutions to aid recruitment
To regularly work with colleagues across the University and within the team to respond to threats and opportunities to maximise recruitment; and to identify regional recruitment needs and advise on market intelligence.
To share information on campaigns, recruitment and research findings to relevant colleagues across the University to support planning, recruitment, marketing and course portfolio development activitiesProfile
Extensive marketing, sales or recruitment experience, preferably gained in a higher education context
Experience of managing complex multichannel marketing campaigns which are results orientated and business focusedJob Offer

Part time (Maternity cover)
Remote working initially with some requirement to be on campus thereafter
