Are you an experienced In-house Recruiter with experience of recruiting for varied types of vacancy and business partnering stakeholders?
If so, we'd like to hear from you!

As Recruitment Advisor here at Signet Jewelers, you'll be part of a small internal Recruitment team dedicated to directly sourcing the best available talent for our business and ensuring that our candidates and line managers have an amazing experience throughout the recruitment process by offering support and guidance wherever we can.

You'll take ownership of the complete recruitment process for a diverse selection of temporary and permanent vacancies for departments across our Stores Support Centre at all levels of seniority and spanning areas including Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Logistics, IT, Buying, Merchandising and many other key business functions.

You'll also recruit outstanding Retail Management talent for our H.Samuel & Ernest Jones stores.

Being passionate about establishing a detailed understanding of the needs of your internal customers and their vacancies is an absolute must in this role. As an internal recruitment team, we pride ourselves on our business knowledge and the strength of the relationships we have with our internal stakeholders. We're also amazing ambassadors for our business ensuring that we're able to help our candidates appreciate why Signet Jewellers is fantastic place to work!

This is a part-time role working 4 days per week.

We're looking for suitable applicants to be experienced in the following:

Significant track record in successfully managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a varied and demanding vacancy workload gained within an in-house or agency recruitment environment
Proven track record of building effective relationships and partnering key business stakeholders
Requirements gathering
Advert copywriting
Coordinating and facilitating interviews and assessments
Effectively prioritising workload to meet required deadlines
Microsoft Office, particularly MS Teams, Outlook, Word & Excel
Utilising candidate management systems
Utilising online job board advertising

Candidates with experience of in-house recruitment for Retail environments would be of particular interest
