Job Role: Office Assistant (Part time) IMMEDIATE START!
Pay Rate: GBP(phone number removed)ph
Location: Ilkeston/Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire
Hours: Monday - Thursday 12pm-5pm
Harper Recruitment Group have an opportunity for an Office Assistant to join a well established manufacturing business, the successful candidate will be supporting the senior office team and ensuring a smooth daily running of the sample room.
Duties will include:
Providing general administration support
Producing customer quotations
Preparing sample orders for disptach
Responding to customer enquiries
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Assisting with the packing of online ordersSkills/Experience required:
Proven office experience
Excellent communication skills with a smart and smiley disposition
Motivated team playerThis role is initially a temporary contract but could be permanent for the right person!
