Remote Administrator - Homeworking

Employer
RecWorks Ltd
Location
Homeworking, United Kingdom
Salary
£10 per hour
Closing date
9 Jul 2021

We have a new role for a remote administrator at RecWorks on a 3-6 months fixed term contract.

The role would suit someone that has previous experience as a secretary, personal assistant, HR advisor, salesperson, sales coordinator, recruiter, copywriter or similar. The bulk of the role will involve administrative duties around emailing people and setting up appointments and calls for consultants. We are looking for someone that is an extremely competent typist, with a natural maturity and likeable personality, who is experienced in emailing external clients or customers in a natural/informal style, and who is very organised. You won't be required to do your own research and will work with a specialist to fulfil that role.

We have a history of hiring remote workers at RecWorks; our first five hires were all working mums, and we now have a team of remote workers, some of whom have been with us over 10 years. We are familiar with the pressures that come with being a working parent, so we have a flexible approach - the hours can be worked at times to suit you, mornings, afternoons, evenings or nights. We are big believers in autonomy, so as long as the work gets done within the necessary timeframe, we’re not too worried about exactly when you do it.

We are especially interested in individuals with a positive attitude and a natural desire to excel. We also appreciate core values around integrity, respect and honesty – traits we hold very dear at RecWorks. It makes the company a great place to be.

Due to the volume of applications we receive for our remote roles, unfortunately, we’re unable to provide updates or feedback at the application stage by telephone. We will contact you directly if you have been invited for an interview.
