THE JOB
This role is a mix of Admin and Coordinator support as well as Facilities Assistant
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, interested candidates MUST have the following fairly recent work experience.
Meeting and greeting and welcoming guests.
Dealing with Facilities queries both in writing and over the phone
Organising for maintenance work to be carried out
Overseeing the company car park - making sure people are parked correctly and in the right space
Carry out and log fire alarm tests each week
Help source new suppliers and get quotes if work needs to be carried out
Make sure things lie the toner is topped up in the photocopier machine and that recycling boxes are available for everyone
Set up the meeting rooms
If necessary, showing guests around
Ordering lunches for meetings
Manage a booking in system
Typing and amending and updating various reports
Utilising ExcelInterested candidates must have worked in a very similar role recently.
