Job title: Customer Service
About our Client:
Our client is a leading fitted furniture manufacturer, they supply bespoke made to measure furniture for their clients' homes. An extremely well known, prestigious brand who pride themselves on the quality of their products.
Hourly rate: GBP9.40
Hours: Part time 2/3 days, Flexible working 9am - 5pm Mon to Fri
Employment Type: Temporary
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Hinckley
Key responsibilities & duties:
To ensure customers best interests are at the heart of our decision-making.
To work with other areas of the business to fulfil customer expectations.
Prioritise work queues and keep customer informed.
Ensure system is updated accurately and next action scheduled.
Ensure all data has been accurately recorded.
Ensure the customer has been regularly communicated to and fully understands the next steps.
Understand the customer journey to ensure solutions offered are 'tailor-made' for that customer's experience
