Our client based in Basildon is looking for a Part-time Sales Invoicing Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of invoicing and Administration from within a service providing organisation and be looking to work two and a half days per week but have the flexibility to work more hours if needed.

The main focus of this role will be to check engineer's timesheets and accurately enter them onto the system, prepare invoices for the customer, resolve invoicing queries and enter supplier invoices.

Other aspects of the role will be to log incoming calls, collate and input cash and expenses on to Sage and carry out electronic and manual filing along with dealing with the post.

You will need:-
Previous experience in a similar invoicing and administrative role
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and an Accounting software package.
Ability to work on your own initiative, independently or as part of a team
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
Accurate data entry skills
Great communication and people skills

The hours for this role are 9.00am to 5.30pm two days per week and one half day
