Are you an Admin Assistant with PA experience looking to develop with an independent business?

I am looking for an experienced Administrator to join the team of a growing local real estate developer based in Cheltenham on a part-time/job share basis. Ideally you will come from a property background however this is not essential.
As a personal assistant you will work closely with the CEO and senior management to provide personal and professional support. You will quickly gain the knowledge of the business and an understanding of the business' vision and strategy.
Working hours could be between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday.
You may be required to travel to Malvern on occasion.

Responsibilities of the PA:

Reading, monitoring and responding to the CEO's email, and distributing and recording voice messages.
Answering calls and liaising with clients competently
Preliminary drafting of correspondence on your CEO's behalf
Delegating work in your boss's absence
Diary management
Planning and organising meetings
Organising complex travel
Taking action points and writing minutes
Preparing papers for meetings
Taking dictation
Planning and organising events
Conducting research
Preparing presentations
Managing and reviewing filing and office systems
Typing documents
Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment
Managing ad-hoc projects
Entering financial data and assisting the accounts team
General personal requirements for CEO
The role may involve some mobile work and therefore a full driving licence is necessary, as is a pro-active and energetic approach. Smart personal presentation and enthusiasm are essential as are the abilities to work under your own initiative and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
You should have good attention to detail and be computer literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Experience is essential.
Above all else, you will inspire confidence as a friendly and reliable team player who is able to work under pressure and retain a sense of humour at all times.
