You will be running discovery research and validating design work for some exciting multi-platform projects, ensuring our customers are represented in all product and design decisions." - Rickard Soderberg, Lead UX ResearcherWhat you'll do:* Autonomously plan and run end-to-end UX research projects, analyse data and videos, gather insights and provide relevant recommendations.
* Suggest the best methods to answer UX research questions and produce and present research plans.
* Create engaging presentation and insight documents and communicate findings to cross-functional partners.
* Help champion a user-centred design culture by being a highly visible advocate for the value of UX research.
* Support the research team's aim to increase efficiencies through research ops improvements.
* Collaborate with design and product teams to find opportunities for strengthening design through research.What you'll bring:* Proven experience in planning and conducting UX research (including lab based usability studies, unmoderated/moderated remote user research, ethnography studies, surveys).
* A curios analytical mind and confidence in synthesizing and evaluating either quant or qual data and turning them into meaningful insights.
* A proactive, self-driven demeanour with an equally strong team ethos.
* Knowledge of UX principles.
* Confident and persuasive oral and written communication skills.
