Key Responsibilities will include in addition to manning the out of hours telephone line
- Responding to queries from Service Users, Care Workers, family members and 3rd party professionals
- Sourcing suitable cover for care calls at short notice when Care Workers are unable to work
- Responsible for ensuring Care Workers are allocated additional work with adequate travelling time between care calls
