We are looking for a Production Coordinator to assist and support the Production team throughout all stages of production. You will work closely with the Senior Production Coordinator and Production Execs as appropriate on all commissions including attending studios, events and locations when necessary. You will be able to respond to all enquiries from production companies seeking guidance and advice where necessary.


What you'll do:

You will be the key point of support for internal partners and manage good clarity of information and communication flow internally. You will support the production process end-to-end and coordinate and manage all aspects of communication for scripted productions ensuring all parties have the correct info at the correct time to ensure smooth and successful delivery of programming.
- Maintain internal trackers and combined overview schedules
- Maintain, implement & regulate production filing systems & processes to ensure consistency and clarity
- Maintain and manage contacts and distribution lists for production management team(s)
- Assist the Senior Production Coordinator and Post-Production Manager to maintain consolidated post schedules, work-flows and delivery paperwork (inc. Silvermouse and - - -Soundmouse plus Diversity actual forms)
- Assist Production team with room bookings, visitors bookings, travel bookings, etc
- Offer key support to ensure key dates are in diaries with PA's for Readthroughs, Production Meetings, EP viewings, locks and edit attendance days, external screenings, etc


What you'll bring:

- A good knowledge and understanding of all up to date broadcast and production technology and processes
- A self-motivated approach with ability to be pro-active
- Experience of and willingness to use your initiative
- Able to prioritise quickly under pressure
- An attention to detail
