Apple Recruitment are seeking to recruit 2x PART TIME PERSONAL SECRETARY's for our public sector client based in Belfast on the CRUMLIN ROAD.
Both roles are GBP10.09 an hour and initially for 3 months. One role is to cover mornings mon-fri and the other is a job share Wednesday PM with full day's Thursday and Friday.
JOB SUMMARY / MAIN PURPOSE:
The Personal Secretary will provide an efficient secretarial and administrative support to designated Divisional Lead Nurse/Senior Management team. This includes diary management, minute taking, mail management, file maintenance and the preparation of papers and reports.
Essential Criteria
1. 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C / 9-4 to include English Language or equivalent qualification and one year's Secretarial experience.
OR
NVQ Level II in Administration and one year's administrative experience.
OR
A minimum of two year's administrative / secretarial experience.
2. OCR/RSA Stage II Text Processing Part I & II (Word Processing/Typewriting)
OR
A minimum of two years (24 months) typing experience, to include typing of reports, formatting and circulation of correspondence, organizing meetings, *extensive note taking/minute taking at meetings, distribution of minutes and use of Microsoft packages (WORD, EXCEL, ETC) along with general Word Processing.
*We would consider 'extensive' to mean note/minute taking at meetings daily or weekly
