Are you seeking a part-time Administrative position working 3 days per week? My client in Chelmsford are increasing headcount in their Administration team and have a great opportunity available, with full details below.

Duties will include:

Respond to email and telephone enquiries
Logging call details and updating any relevant correspondence internally
Ensure call answering service provider is informed of all staff absences
Organise meeting room diaries
Organise monthly team meetings which includes collating department statistics and taking meeting minutes
Sort and distribute the post to the relevant departments or filing as necessary
Franking outbound post
Maintain supplies inventory and maintenance requirements by checking and ordering office supplies
Provide general administrative support to clients visiting the office
Maintain meeting rooms and ensure they are client facing at all times
Produce information packs
Collate client information - print bind and post documents and scanning of packs to the database
Ensure any changes to client information is updated accurately and product providers are informed accordingly
Support the Head of Administration and Senior Administrator with responsibilities related to new business
Ad hoc administrative tasks for directors**Must have previous Administrative experience in order to be suitable for this role**

3 days per week, 9am-5pm
Ideally your working pattern per week would be: Mondays, Wednesdays and then an optional 3rd day between Monday-Friday
Salary pro-rata is GBP10,520
