Multi Skilled Plumber West Region - Flexible Working Available
L&Q are looking for a number of Customer Focused, high performing Plumber with additional skills to be part of their in-house Maintenance Team. We have openings within our West Region, covering Hammersmith and Fulham, Haringey and Camden Town, plus the surrounding areas such as Barnet and Enfield. The focus will be on high quality work, outstanding customer service and a right first time attitude.
The role will be dealing with all aspects of Plumbing repairs and replacements of sinks water tanks, and bathrooms In addition to plumbing you will have associated skills and experience in basic carpentry, tiling, painting/decorating and patch plastering repairs
Our Operatives are supplied with an L&Q van (business use only), uniform and PPE equipment. You will begin the day from your home address where you will travel to jobs which are distributed to your PDA (hand-held device).
- Working knowledge of a building and/or housing environment
- Able to deliver excellent customer service (essential)
- Relevant City and Guilds/NVQ qualifications (or qualified by experience)
- Able to use a PDA and Smartphone
- Full driving licence (essential)
- Must have own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed)
