THE COMPANY:
Brewster Partners are working with a business in Worksop to recruit a Part Time Data Analyst.
THE JOB:
The role will be responsible for setting up new suppliers and inputting data of new and existing supplier's via third party software. Running and Exporting of data reports and building new reports as and when required
Creating new suppliers and amending existing ones in SAP, Oracle, Great Plains and Navision
Maintaining the database
Creating and collating Ad Hoc reports. This will require, as a minimum, the ability to perform v-look ups and pivot tables in Excel or google sheets
THE PERSON:
GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
Strong skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets and Docs
Numerate and Literate
Basic understanding of SAP, Ariba, Oracle, PowerBI preferred but not essential
Strong analytical skills
Ability to input data accurately and efficiently
Should possess the drive to deliver a high quality service
Ability to problem solve escalated issues
Ability to self-motivate to deliver against agreed service levels
Professional telephone and e-mail manner
Team Player must be willing to help, support and encourage colleagues
THE BENEFITS:
Part time salary of GBP13,000 for 24hours
