The Decision Support Centre of Excellence is a global finance organization with presence in all regions providing analytics and management reporting to Finance and business stakeholders.

The Business Analytics Senior analyst role will be responsible for delivering management reporting and analytics to Commercial and Finance organization, for markets under DS CoE delivery model.

The role key responsibilities will include gather requirements from finance and commercial team and delivering management reporting solution leveraging best in class visualization technologies, ensuring alignment with the global standards.

Role responsibilities

  • Provide month-end reporting and KPIs to Commercial and Finance team in the local markets
  • Collaborate with the finance team to provide data analysis, trends and patterns for reported KPIs
  • Partner with the finance team to identify opportunities to improve reporting analysis and provide new management reporting solution for key areas of the business
  • Collect requirements from the business and drive the design of visualization solution for the delivery of Dashboards
  • Partner with Digital to provide requirements and specifications for enhancements of the process and data structure required for the management reporting and visualization tools
  • Present Dashboards and KPIs to end customers, including finance and commercial organization
  • Drive UAT and deployment of new visualization solutions
  • Manage security and monitor access to interactive Dashboards
  • Deliver training and produce required reference material to ensure reports and dashboards adoption
  • Collaborate with DS CoE Market and analytics team to ensure best practices, global standards and continuous improvements
