We're looking for passionate go getters to join us as Inbound Sales Advisors on a part time basis. At Webhelp where you'll love where you work and where hard work pays off. With a starting salary of GBP18,620 (pro rata) plus OTE up to GBP22,495 (pro rata), you'll need to be self-motivated, target driven and have a contagiously positive attitude.

You will work remotely temporarily due to covid-19 and return to site when safe to do so.

What you'll be doing

Receiving inbound calls with our customers and establishing a rapport and their needs
Achieving and exceeding sales, productivity and customer satisfaction targets
Maintaining and proactively improving sales skills, product knowledge, competitor knowledge and offer management
Developing relationships with customers and encouraging referrals
Ensuring accurate information, quotes and pricing information to customers
Upselling and cross-selling products and services in order to maximise opportunity to retain
Following all appropriate FSA regulationsWhat you'll need

Exceptional customer call handling skills
Track record of delivering results and exceeding stretching targets
Proven sales ability and experience of challenging sales environment
Computer literate
Experience in the telecommunications or mobile industry and/or a strong appreciation of technology (Advantageous)As you will be initially working from home, you will be provided with the technology to do so
