At present they are looking to appoint an interim Finance Manager who can provide day to day support to the financial accounting team.

Key deliverables:

Oversee the month end process, supporting the finance team in ensuring a smooth and timely close.
Review all controls and processes to ensure best practice.
Mentor and support the team in their personal and professional development.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Accountant (or qualified by experience) with previous experience in the international charity sector. Working as part of a small but highly regarded team, strong inter-personal skills and pro-active attitude are essential qualities.
