PART TIME ROLE - 9am-3pm - Monday to Friday

Gi Group Milton Keynes are recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer to join our team on a permanent basis.

The role is varied, and no day is ever the same! The ability to multi task and prioritise work load is a key attribute, as well as patience, adaptability and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities of the role include:

*Answer all incoming calls to Company standard
*Support Consultants with recruitment/interview process
*Conduct pre-registration in absence of consultant
*Posting adverts
*CV searching pipelining candidates for all clients
*Issue all relevant paperwork to registration of applicant
*Produce relevant mail shots, leaflets and flyers required by consultants in applicant attraction activities
*Maintain accurate filing system
*Assisting with Payroll
*Ensure adherence to administrative processes, recruitment procedures and initiatives
*Maintain high level of branch housekeeping standards via own behaviour
*Attend / participate in branch team meetings & individual review meetings

Previous experience or a knowledge of how Temporary recruitment works would be advantageous, however we are looking for the new member of our team to hold the right core skills, attitude and commitment to learn and succeed within the role.
