Office Concierge is one of the UK's leading providers of Reception Management Services.

We are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist to cover up to 6 months and join a lovely corporate reception team located in Guildford.

Location - Guildford

Shift Pattern - Wednesday - Friday (Alternating Wednesday)

Hours - 12 pm - 6 pm, Average 15hrs per week

Job Types - Part-time, Temporary

Salary - GBP6,969.00 pro-rata

Responsibilities

• Excellent meet and greet skills
• Maintaining a high level of customer service
• Managing guests and tenants with professionalism
• Happy to manage both busy and quiet periods as required
• Clear and concise communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Complete any ad hoc administration tasks
• Assist with facilities management
• Knowledge of the departments and companies operating within the building including their structure and function in order to gain an understanding of the business as a whole.
• Understanding tenant's requirements

Personal Skills and Attributes

• Positive, self-motivated and proactive
• A highly organised person
• Computer literate in Microsoft and Excel
• A confident and capable personality - dealing with high profile clientele both internally and externally
