My client is looking for a catering Manager to join a newly refurbished function room to work on a Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 7.30am - 1.00pm. You may also be able to work in the week and make this role your own by creating events and special offers as and when you wish to.

As the Catering Manager, your key tasks will include:

Maintaining a varied menu
Offering a first class service
Menu planning in advance, ensuring that choice is offered for every meal
Preparing and cooking food in an a safe manner
Ensuring that all food hygiene standards are complied with
