Part Time Duty Manager - Fitness

We are looking for a Full and Part-Time fitness supervisor that will thrive in a boutique fitness environment and provide the guests with an unforgettable experience making sure you are on top of your game, and you giving your all to help the guests make the most of their time within the studio.

The Role

Oversee the day-to-day running of the studio facilities whilst on-shift including managing bookings, daily health and safety checks and maintaining the cleanliness and high standards of the facility
Promote a thriving community within the fitness facilities, focusing on customer engagement
Assist with the day to day operations of the studio and supervision of the fitness teams
Support the Gym Manager with administration duties
Ensure high levels of customer service are provided to members and clients
Providing excellent customer service to guests
Supervising the Studio spaces daily
Delivery of studio inductions and fitness programmes
Skills and Experience

Have experience in a supervisory role at a busy leisure centre
Well organised with attention to detail
Have excellent verbal, written and IT communication skills
Experience working in premium establishments
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required
Have excellent verbal, written and IT communication skills
Sales trained / Level 2/3 Personal Trainer with Group Exercise
Health and Safety experience.
Knowledge of nutrition and fitness is beneficial
