Sytner Newport have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Service Manager to join the Service department.

As Sytner Assistant Service Manager, you will assist the Service Manager lead a fantastic team in delighting our customers and getting it right first time. Your key role will be to oversee our team of service advisors, technicians and support team within the service department.

You will need excellent leadership and motivation skills and have the ability to work in a high pressured environment, delivering a full Aftersales service whilst maximising profitability.

We are looking for an individual with customer focus and a strong technical knowledge, who has previous experience in a service/aftersales environment.

You will need excellent leadership skills and the ability to work in a high pressured environment, delivering a full Aftersales service to our customers , maximise profitability and the sales of parts, labour hours, MOT, lubricants, tyres and subcontracted sales.
