Part-Time HR Co-ordinator - Future Ways of Working
Location: Flexible
Salary: GBP22,986.00 - GBP25,500.00 Pro Rata
Benefits: Pension, Life Assurance, 26 days Annual Leave (pro-rata)
Duration: 9 months
The RSPB is about to embark on a new Future Ways of Working project. This 9-month project will be taking forward the benefits and new ways of working that have evolved over the past year and embed them in policy, culture and new processes to support both managers and employees.
To enable the Support Hub Manager to focus on the above project, we are recruiting a co-ordinator to provide support with some of the day to day tasks within this role.
What's the role about?
There will be a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:
* Administering relocation contracts
* Responsible for long service awards
* Raising of purchase orders
* Updating policies, procedures and guidance on our intranet/SharePoint
* Assisting with the review of all employee communications
What we need from you:
* Strong organisational skills
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills via phone, email, video calls
* Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
* Able to deal with confidential and sensitive information appropriately
Please note the above salary range for this role will be paid pro-rata for the 15 hours per week that this contract offers.
