This Coordinator role is within our People Engagement & Development team, one of our Centre's of Excellence. The team's purpose is to define, design and deliver products that make a positive impact on the experience of our employees, wherever they work at Sky - a happy and engaged workforce will power business growth. The product suite is broad and includes manager development, performance support, recognition, employee forum and engagement surveys. As our People Experience and Development Coordinator, you will play a key part in the team's success.


What you'll do:

  • Manage the logistics and admin for People Experience projects, products, and services Deliver projects on time creating a great employee experience Work with several stakeholders across Sky and externally Build project plans and map out key deliverables Be keen to learn new things to simplify our processes and make everyone's life easier (yourself included!) Support on the management of Key product and services Inboxes.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills Confidence in working with many stakeholders, internal and external to Sky Be comfortable with Office 365 - especially Microsoft Teams, we're not looking for an Excel guru, but you'll be very good at, for example, doing VLOOKUP or pivot tables . Prioritise quickly when "everything's urgent" with an ability to adapt and pivot when needed Not be afraid to offer your opinion - we love hearing new ideas Love working with people, dealing with their queries (however big or small) and making sure they always go away with a solution to their problem
