As a Campaign Specialist you will be responsible for delivering a coherent, data-driven, omni-channel personalised customer experience through data-driven targeting via complementary direct communication channels, including Email, Push and In-Product notifications.


What you'll do:

- Provide strategic and operational support across an array of campaign projects
- Work with internal stakeholders to establish delivery plans to execute complex campaigns needing segmentation across a variety of customer segments and audiences
- Develop and manage a scalable campaign management framework from idea generation through to delivery - optimising value and delivery efficiencies
- Design and build best practice targeting solutions via a deep understanding of the data structure and system architecture
- Value creation via the generation of innovative and insight-driven campaigns and maximisation of campaign ROI in the form of either increased revenue, retention benefits or saved costs


What you'll bring:

- 2+ years' experience in a similar digital marketing using an advanced Email Deployment Platform, (Adobe Campaign Classic preferred but not essential)
- Experience in data preparation and ingestion to compliment/enrich campaigns using additional data sets.
- Technical experience using SQL. Other programming techniques such a use of JavaScript and API ingestion are desirable but not essential
- Proven CRM background with great attention to detail and experience in the manipulation of large datasets
- A track record of working to a very high standard even under pressure and tight deadlines
- Organisationally aware - knowledge of the best ways to get things done - and Passionate - taking pride in performing to the highest standard


Team Overview

The Role reports into the Comms Delivery Controller and is part of the wider Marketing Operations team. The Comms Delivery Team is responsible for the execution of digital Marketing and Service-based Customer communications via email, Push, and In-product notifications
