Due to securing a new client within the events sector, we are now seeking 2 x Sunday Customer Service Advisors to join our new team managing customer telephone booking enquiries and processing accordingly. This role is to start asap working a Sunday shift each week either 10am to 5pm or 1pm to 8pm. Ideally, we are seeking candidates wanting to work a Sun shift on a long term temporary basis or even on a permanent basis. Paying GBP9.18 per hr plus holiday pay. The role would suit students seeking part time work, candidates looking to top up their income by securing a second role or those candidates just looking for a weekend shift role. We can offer the opportunity to work for a long established, international and successful company. Working from our modern office in Farnborough as part of our wider customer service, operations and logistics teams.
We would welcome applications from candidates with previous customer service experience gained within hospitality, retail, leisure, general office admin or sales roles. Or you may be a student seeking a regular part time income.
The role of the Customer Service Advisor is to be responsible for representing our clients who cover a variety of industry sectors from charitable organisations, online retailers and commercial suppliers but initially our new events based client with a site in the o2 arena. As one of the Customer Service Advisors representing our clients, you will answer inbound calls from customers, processing their bookings and managing customer queries ensuring the highest level of customer care is met at all times.
Key tasks:-
Understand processes and be able to articulate this on the phone to customers.
Answer customer calls and answer customer queries in a friendly and informative manner
Provide accurate information on products and services
Managing the customer personal credit account process where applicable, from creation to payment handling.
Undertake all aspects of administrative work competently, including accurate data entry and attention to detail throughout.
Manage customer satisfaction and resolve or escalate cases of customer dissatisfaction as appropriate and in a professional manner.
Process the fulfilment of formal customer correspondence.
Follow Company/Client procedures at all times when responding to customer queries.
Have a sound knowledge of all Client procedures.
Use Client/Company software competently.
To be considered for one of the Customer Service Advisor roles you will ideally have a minimum of 1 year working within an office based customer service role or a customer service role within retail, hospitality, leisure or similar, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, GCSE Grade passes in Maths and English, the ability to maintain calm under pressure, be quality and service orientated, have excellent PC skills including MS Office and the ability to prioritise and organise workload. However, we will consider College or Uni students too.
