Want to do the best work of your life? With 24 million customers in 6 countries, make your mark at Europe's leading media and entertainment brand. A workplace where you can proudly be yourself; our people make Sky a truly exciting and inclusive place to work.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Early Careers Experience Consultant to join an Agile team that designs and delivers products that continually improve on and innovate for our Early Careers programmes and processes.

This role is key to the team's success. As an Early Careers subject matter expert, you'll use your experience and knowledge to ensure we develop the best products, with our cohorts and business partners in mind.

As a member of the Early Careers team within HR, you'll help shape the experience our young people have as they consider Sky as an employer, through assessment, onboarding, joining Sky and in-programme development. You'll be part of a team that develops digital resources and experiences as well as face to face events. You will make a real contribution by:

What you'll do:

* Bringing knowledge and experience of attraction, assessment and/or development of people, ideally young people, in a way that significantly adds to strength of the whole team.
* Take responsibility for the design and delivery (usually as part of team, rather than on your own) of non-traditional learning solutions.
* Be a solid all-rounder and able to adopt all aspects of the work from doing research, talking with employees and managers, making recommendations, designing a solution, communicating it to a variety of people, and tracking its success. You will also be happy to challenge your peers in a constructive way in pursuit of the team goal.
* Create learning content which puts the learner at the centre. This requires being open to, and excited by, leading edge digital learning technologies, and Agile.
* Being able to facilitate face to face sessions yourself, particularly with young people and their managers.
* Be driven by progress and genuinely collaborating (regularly working) with others to make it happen.
* Working in an Agile way means, amongst other things, that collaboration and teamwork are very important to us.

What you'll bring:

* Collaboration on projects, with a proven record of design and/or delivery. You can point to several projects you personally have helped to design and deliver
* Experience of designing, co-creating, implementing, and reviewing the success of Learning and Development interventions to young people
* Knowledge of attraction, assessment and the in-life experience of graduates and apprentices.
* Have experience of making improvements within Early Careers process/programmes
* Know how to source, design, enable and review e-learning tools and content
* Have experience of making programmes truly accessible for all
* Grown your own knowledge, skills, and experience beyond your current job description (you love learning new things!)
