Job description

Working closely with HR and Finance Shared Services Leads, you will exclusively lead on change delivery for MCA’s Share Services, ensuring that business and operational needs are met, and governance controls are in place. You will work in partnership with a variety of suppliers and key internal and external stakeholders to ensure MCA’s share service platform and enabling systems are delivered to the required standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence a system that impacts the whole of MCA as an agency, as well as the wider DfT function.

Role Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Leading the delivery team on all system changes that may impact the efficient running of the current or future shared service system.
• Working with all stakeholders across MCA, DfT and associated suppliers.
• Managing the delivery of the Shared Services Change Programme.
• Representing the Shared Services Change Delivery team within DfT, MCA and supplier programme and governance boards.

This will be coupled with specific experience working with EPR systems or a similar implementation within a HR environment.
