Relationship Fundraiser
Come and join a team of thoughtful and friendly Relationship Fundraisers who are dedicated to creating amazing and memorable supporter experiences. In 2019, the charity developed a bold new corporate strategy so that it can rebuild more lives after stroke and make a bigger difference to people’s lives. To help deliver the strategy and make a real difference, we are looking to recruit talented people to a number of new roles.
Position: Relationship Fundraiser - South East (Supporter-led, In Mem and Regional Corporate - High Value)
Location: Home-based, South East
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: circa £24,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent

The Role
The Relationship Fundraiser will deliver excellent customer service and income. You will be stewarding a core group of regional fundraising supporters who have been identified as having high potential and focusing on delivering income from key strategic areas; Supporter Led, In Memory and Regional Corporate fundraising. You will help deliver vital income to combat the impact of Covid-19, keep services going, build for the future and ensure that supporters have a wonderful experience of the Association.
About You

- Being an inspiring and motivating team player
We also are looking for someone who;
- Wants to provide amazing customer experiences that result in loyalty and repeat support

- Wants to take a problem and own it
- Loves communication – especially using the telephone and face to face
- Has a willingness to flex to the needs of the wider team as we embrace the post pandemic landscape
