Elevation Recruitment Business Support are working with a key client based in Barnsley who are looking to recruit a PA to support the board.
This role requires an immediate start so the successful candidate must be able to start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
-To provide executive support to the Board and the executive team
-Coordinate Board expense claims
-Book all training and conferences attended by Board members
-Assist with health and safety checks for the site
-Minuet taking for board meetings
-Ensure all company registers and records are maintained and stored in an accurate, timely and secure manner
-Maintain office stationery
-Assist monitoring specific budgets and services relating to provision of the Corporate Headquarters facilities
-Coordinate all corporate and staff events and activities for the Board
Key Skills:
-Experience in a similar Executive PA role
-Excellent organisation
-Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
-IT Literate
-Professional and strong communicator
