Part Time Sales Administrator - Flexible Working Available
We are looking for a reliable, enthusiatic person with basic computer skills to join our team to assist with general administrative duties in our Sales Office in Sheerwater, Woking, Surrey.
We require someone that can work between 20 - 25 hours per week. We can consider a parent with school age children and are able to adapt the working hours to suit school drop off and collection times if required. Job Share for this role can be considered. Our standard Office hours are 8am to 4.30pm on Monday to Thursday and 8am to 1.30pm on Fridays.
The successful applicant must have a good telephone manner and relevant IT skills including experience in using Excel and Outlook. The role will involve assisting the Sales team in preparing costings, raising quotes and processing sales and purchase orders for entry on our SAP Business One ERP System. Other tasks will include updating and filing information in our Access databases and contacting customers by phone and email.
