My client has created a successful, impressive portfolio of property development throughout the south of England and is seeking an experienced Office Manager who has direct experience within the construction/property industry. You will have an understanding of liaising with all the different operations and departments within this industry and the need to keep all communications up to date at all times.
They are seeking a candidate on part time basis, but can be flexible in regards to hours and days dependent on the person.
Salary: negotiable
Location: Theale
The role
Control administrative systems including filing and records
Ensure company best practice guidelines are adhered to at all time
Record and manage office expenditure
Organise the office layout and maintain supplies of stationary, equipment and PPE
Maintain standards for internal/external audit at all time including safety/RRO
Organise, manage and review external services such as cleaning, window cleaning, recycling and waste, photocopiers and alarm systems
Manage the after sales servicing in a timely manner
Raise purchase orders and order materials as necessaryThe Person
Proven experience within the Construction or Property industry
Knowledge of rental contracts
Experience with after sales requirements and a proactive nature to resolve any issues in a swift manner
Previous Office Management experience
A diplomatic and patient nature
Excellent written and verbal skills
IT literate
