Used Car Select Manager
About the role
Sytner Tamworth are looking to recruit a Used Car Select Manager.
Your key areas of focus will be stock management of our non-franchised units and vehicle acquisition's. Responsibility for enquiry management ensuring executives maximise potential of all Select Sales and oversee the disposal of units we decide to trade.
You will report directly to the Used Car Sales Manager and also deputise for some of this role. You will be determined and a great communicator whose enthusiasm and positive approach will encourage exceptional levels of customer service. The highest standards will be required with excellent attention to detail.
This is a key role within Sytner Tamworth having been long established for obtaining and selling some specialist and unusual cars. The Teams experience has made this site renowned for underwrites with confidence inside and out of group.
This is a full time role which typically can include weekends and evenings to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service and give ourselves the best chance to acquire the stock we need.
We are seeking a high achiever, someone who is driven to succeed and understands the needs to achieve in a target driven business.

About You
You must possess many key skills. You will have motor dealer experience and preferably in and amongst Specialist Car Brands. You will have an eye for detail and be meticulous when it comes to correctly appraising cars, dealing with clients and completing purchase contracts.
You will have previous experience as a Car Buyer or a Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Person. You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in any event.
You should possess a full clean UK driving licence.
