Join a world-class knitwear retailer in our contact centre department and help spread our love for Knitwear all over the world. Based at our Headquarters in Burgess Hill you'll be a key member of the team providing outstanding customer service to our highly valued customers.
You will be cross-trained to work in the contact centre and the returns department.
Vacancy information:
25 hours a week flexible schedule working 5 out of 7 days on a 4-week rotation.
Evening shift: 17:00 - 22:00.
Knitwear specialists since 1989, we are constantly looking for new ways to make our customers feel great and to drive the business forward, so, our ideal candidate is going to be someone that really wants to make a difference.
The Role
Inbound calls only you will be fielding around 50 calls per shift and manage sales transactions. Whilst most communication is by telephone, the successful candidates will also respond to around 20 emails per shift and communicate internally with Accounts, Dispatch and IT departments.
Day to Day
You will be required to respond to incoming customer telephone calls and to establish the customer's requirements.
