What you'll do:

 

- Responsible for the Technical SEO roadmap and performance to ensure prospects and existing customers demand is met and continuously improving.
- Confident crafting on-site and off-site optimisation strategies.
- Working closely with all business stakeholders to ensure a full understanding of their business strategy and translate them into digital marketing priorities.
- Creating trusting relationships with the Commercial and Marketing teams by ensuring visibility on our work and the related results/benefits as well as actively engaging.
- Supporting our new business process, providing input into Search proposals, ensuring the best solution for clients.
- Involved in media planning meetings with business stakeholders and external agencies
- Able to confidently forecast channel growth across SEO based on current and future activities
- Working closely with the PPC Lead to deliver best-in-class Integrated Search strategy and become the driver for adoption within the business

 


What you'll bring:

 

- Excellent knowledge of technical SEO and content optimization
- Advanced Knowledge of SEO tools, such as, SEMrush, Screaming Frog,, Ahrefs etc.
- Knowledge and experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Ability to confidently present results, insights and recommendations to Business stakeholders at Head of and Director levels
- Strong analytical skills
- Great organisational skills in a fast-paced, multi-faceted business environment
- Ability to make sound decisions, meet deadlines, prioritise work and efficiently delegate work to the Search team.
- Agency experience (preferred but not essential) - managing a team of SEO Specialists and/or SEO Developers
- Knowledge of SEO plugins on Magento and other CMS systems
- Programming Language skills (JS, SQL, Python, R), a plus

 


Team Overview

 

The Digital Commerce Team are responsible for all digital interactions with our customers, from digital marketing through to onsite experiences and after-sale onboarding. We have big ambitions to transform our customers' digital experience with easy, engaging journeys, and find new ways to connect them to more of what they love. The team totals around 150 people and include a wide range of expertise across marketing, UX, UI, technical development and journey management.
