SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Part Time Trainer to work for a Food Manufacturing business based in Leicester. You will be responsible for ensuring all training needs are met and support with all the training policies, ideally you will have experience in the food industry.
Core Responsibilities:
Work closely with and assist the UK Training Manager with any training requirements for the Leicester site
Delivery of new starter inductions as directed by the Training Manager
Assist in the design and delivery of HR workshops (presentations) including Discipline and Grievance, Equal Opportunities, how to carry out thorough investigations, how to conduct a disciplinary hearing, how to conduct a meaningful and effective appraisal, interview skills and diversity.
Delivering training sessions to Management in small groups or 121 sessions
Improve/implement training materials/power point presentations by working closely with department managers to continually improve our training delivery and adhering to legal and customer requirements
Ensure that all training files are up to date at all times
Generating training reports in order to check training compliance
Highlighting training non-compliance to Managers
Deliver mandatory training when required
Support the UK Training Manager in sourcing and arranging external training courses
Setting up online eLearning training when required and support where needed
Working with Managers to identify in house training needs
Undertake any projects or duties as required by the UK Training Manager
Our client is looking for an experienced Trainer ideally from within Food Manufacturing although there is some flexibility around this. It is essential that you have the Train the Trainer qualification.
In return you will be offered a full time equivalent salary of GBP27,500 per annum and work 2 days per week, one must be a Monday and the other is flexible.
