We require a part time HR Advisor on a temporary fixed term basis for approximately 12 months. 26 hours a week, the days can be negotiable. Based at our Head Office in Whiteley, Solent Business Park.

This evolving role provides stand-alone generalist HR advice and support to Fusion People; an independent recruitment agency specialising within the Rail, Built Environment and Engineering sectors with over 100 staff. The workload is predominantly project based, combined with the need to reactively deal with a wide range of HR related topics, i.e. payroll administration, absence management, performance management.

Essential Skills/knowledge:

*At least 2 year's recent generalist HR experience providing advice and support at Senior Management level. Ideally CIPD part or fully qualified.
*Up to date knowledge of employment legislation.
*Ability to apply good commercial awareness to business processes and take a pro-active approach to promote best company practice.
*High levels of self-motivation.
*Computer literate - familiar with MS office packages, database entry and report writing.

Offer:

Basic salary circa GBP30k pro rata, dependant on experience, auto enrolment pension scheme with Nest, 23 days holiday pa (pro rata'd) plus bank holidays, Birthday holiday, free parking.
