Responsibilities:

As a senior commercial manager, you will be:

• Responsible for the management of all commercial aspects of the business area including pre-construction involvement and periodic reporting of business unit accounts.

Already experienced as a senior commercial manager, you will be a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) You will have extensive knowledge and experience of the commercial management of high-value contracts and have the ability to manage high-value contractual disputes to successful conclusion.

About the Construction East Team:

The Construction East team deliver projects across the Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire geographical area. Delivering projects in excess of £60 million, the business delivers exciting schemes across both the private and public sectors. As current incumbents on all the counties Local Authority frameworks, the business has a large range of strong opportunities across the next three to four years. Our strategic aim to become the contractor of choice on this framework is helping to steadily grow the business backbone, whilst key opportunities in the competitive and private sector marketplaces enable us to retain a presence in all of the major sectors. With offices in Cambridge, Norwich, Ipswich and Chelmsford we are strategically placed to deliver our diverse portfolio of work across in every area within the region.
