Part-time role with flexibility around hours!

Liberty HR Recruitment is delighted to working exclusively with our client in the search for a HR Administrator, who can work between 25-28 hours per week, over 4 or 5 days - you choose!

This is a 6-month FTC, to start ASAP, supporting the whole administration of the HR function, working within a lovely team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is looking to build on their HR career as you will have exposure to all HR related functions.

In this busy role, you will be responsible for; query resolution, providing support to the recruitment function, scanning and filling employee documentation, ensuring details are entered accurately and maintaining the HRIS system, supporting inductions and new start paperwork and supporting with HR projects.

The successful candidate will come with previous administrative experience, understand employee confidentiality, be IT literate, an excellent communicator, able to prioritise workloads and be professional and approachable.

The role is paying up to GBP10ph and is set in a beautiful location, just outside of Chichester. You will have the option of hybrid working; however, 2 days are required in the office.
