Are you passionate about attracting, hiring and engaging with future talent?  Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can utilise your stakeholder management skills to have an impact from the start?

Macquarie’s Graduate Recruitment Team in EMEA are growing, and we are seeking an experienced Graduate Recruitment Executive to join the team. As an experienced early careers recruiter, you will partner with business stakeholders and HR People & Culture Partners across our Commodities & Global Markets and Technology business groups, to further evolve their junior talent attraction strategy in EMEA.

In this role, you will be responsible for all early careers acquisition, engagement, programme management and diversity initiatives across your business coverage areas.  The varied nature of this opportunity, means you will be using a range of skills to manage high volume recruitment campaigns to identify top talent, organising and presenting at campus and industry events, contributing to our attraction and marketing strategy planning, as well as designing and facilitating our early talent development programmes.  D&I is at the core of our culture, and you will be key to embedding and delivering on these initiatives across our early careers landscape.

We are constantly evolving to meet the future needs of our business, and this role will suit a creative and innovative thinker with a keen problem-solving mindset who will thrive on the opportunity to explore new ways of attracting, engaging and hiring a diverse talent pipeline for Macquarie.  With autonomy to have an impact from the start, this role requires strong relationship management and communication skills, attention to detail, a solution orientated outlook and a drive to succeed.

If you have a growth mindset and enjoy utilising out of the box thinking, working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a collaborative team, we would love to hear from you.

Company

Working at Macquarie

We believe in providing a positive environment for all our staff that is innovative and inspiring. For our female staff, Macquarie’s senior leaders are actively involved in increasing the representation of females in management positions.  In June 2014, we launched a mentoring programme for females, with the following two objectives:

  • Address female retention rates at Senior Manager level and improve our diverse pipeline of talent;
  • Engage female Senior Managers by providing tools and support around their personal development;

The programme pairs up Senior Managers with Directors, who meet on a monthly basis, and are supported by active group sessions (bi-monthly) with an external facilitator.

We select some of the brightest minds to help us in solving complex challenges for our clients.  We recognise that recruiting talent from varied backgrounds is essential to improving our understanding of the marketplace, and enhancing creativity and problem-solving capabilities in our businesses.

Because of this, our commitment to you is to create a diverse and inclusive workplace regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnicity or cultural background.

We make this commitment not only because it is the right thing to do but it opens up a world of opportunity, securing the future of our people, our success and our business
