Hours: Will fit around school hours - flexible

We are looking for an experienced individual who has previously worked in a recruitment environment, either agency or internal, you will be experienced in working within Recruitment or a Resourcer position. As a Part Time Recruitment Resourcer you will be passionate about delivering a first-class service to our clients and candidates and taking accountability for your role.

Job purpose

1. To identify, attract and engage candidates to fulfil specific business briefs and requirements

2. To provide support and service to internal delivery functions and departments

3. To proactively track and continuously manage the journey of a candidate customer

The successful candidate will:-

  • You will be organised
  • Self-motivated
  • Have excellent communication skills both, verbally and written
  • Have at least 2-3 years’ experience of agency recruitment, performing a 360-role or a 180-role
  • Have experience of searching on various job boards
  • Be a competent use of the LinkedIn Recruiter licence
  • Have advanced questioning skills
  • Ability to influence and engage with all levels of candidates
  • Have excellent admin experience and skills
  • IT literate

SOFT SKILLS ARE IMPORTANT TOO:

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Great communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Be a real team player!
  • Passionate and energetic
  • Desire to succeed

This role is offered on a freelance/self-employed basis where you will invoice the company for your time and is available with an immediate start.
