What you'll be doing as a Evening Part Time Customer Service Administrator
You will be part of a driven team and a forward thinking, modern business that is focused on delivering the highest level of Customer Service. Responsible for covering the tasks and duties as required within the Customer Service Team; where you will be assisting in the administration of the order process.
This is a busy and varied role that would suit a highly organised and structured individual who is used to completing tasks to strict deadlines.

Accurately administrating orders, which includes but not limited to:-
*
Raise orders on our operating systems
*
Preparing orders for printing
*
Checking and sending order confirmations to distributors
*
Any recurring issues or areas of concern to be highlighted to the Team Leader;
*
To contribute to the team to ensure that the daily/monthly/annual targets are met;
*
To meet the performance indicators for the role as set by the company;
*
You will work across Tancia Ltd T/A The Pen Warehouse and Snap Products Ltd.
You'll be a good fit for the Evening Part Time Customer Service Administrator role if you:

Must be able to work the hours of 16.30-21.00, Monday-Friday (there is some flexibility here however no later than 17.00)

Salary GBP18-20,000 pro rata depending on experience
Here at The Pen Warehouse and Snap Products we take stationery or general promotional products and turn them into powerful marketing tools, using the latest print technology. All orders are fulfilled in-house through innovative print processes, including direct digital and spot colour printing, as well as laser engraving, dye sublimation printing, digital transfer printing, debossing and doming.
