World Leading Energy Company has an exciting opportunity for a HR Lead - Part Time (2-3 Days a week). This role represents a unique opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional to lead the HR agenda in the Foundation and is a member of the senior management HR Committee. This role is posted on a 2-3 days a week basis which presents an ideal opportunity for a flexible working option and unique experience working with a charity.

This role is key to supporting the implementation of the Foundation's HR strategy and plans, providing HR guidance to the Foundation leadership and ensuring HR policies and practices meet the Foundation charity obligations and protect the integrity of Group HR processes.

The Role:
Provide professional HR strategic guidance to the Foundation leadership.
Define, design and lead projects and interventions that enable delivery of the Foundation people agenda.
Undertake, with support from Reward experts, a comprehensive non-profit sector benchmarking survey and deliver overview and proposals to Leadership and Board.
Embed agreed changes into the end to end HR processes by collaborating with HR Operations and other centres of excellence.
Support the Foundation to deliver cost-effective and timely business change initiatives such as: organisational redesign and implementation, including liaison with Country HR ER/IR and HR Operations teams.
Support CEO with talent interventions to include resourcing, people development, succession planning and assessment of learning and capability capital development needs for the organisation.
Support the senior management team to embed organisation effectiveness, D&I and values across the organisation.

The Candidate

Ability to rapidly acquire understanding of the Foundation business priorities and its Charity status and obligations which are not found elsewhere in the Group.
Wide knowledge of Group policies, practices and HR model with a strong network.
Effective consulting skills: diagnosis, inquiry, contracting and facilitation to accurately scope the required work, assess resources required, contract with the right teams and facilitate defined interventions.
Strong relationship building with ability to engage and influence senior business or function stakeholders.
Strong project management capability familiar with and able to selectively deploy a range of project management tools and methodologies including change management.
Effective use of data and trend analysis to determine root cause and to define and track relevant business outcomes.
Ability to influence and deliver through others where there is no reporting line relationship.
Effective coach to leaders, staff and virtual teams beyond formal line of authority.
Generalist HR experience to operate as effective business partner.
Good knowledge of Remuneration and Policy preferred.
A strong interest in sustainable development/social investment preferred.

You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
