PERMANENT PART-TIME PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - MILTON KEYNES - 24-26K pro-rota

Daily duties are likely to involve the following:-

* Using Sage to payroll staff but also using Excel spreadsheets and information provided

* Manual calculations are also required

* The usual payroll aspects, deductions, pension, holidays whilst also producing P45/P60's

* Ensuring that accurate information is inputted for monthly payroll but also having the ability to question things if it does not look right

* Introduce where needed updated payroll legislation and be aware

* Make any changes where necessary for staff information

What we need from you:-

* Competent in Sage payroll and Excel

* Experience in payroll and calculations

* Flexible, adaptable approach

* Think outside the box and bring in ideas to improve payroll process

* Pass a DBS check and therefore you should not have any criminal convictions

* Own transport due to the location in the MK area

Please note the successful candidate will be subject to a cleared DBS check
