Our client, a small yet highly successful family run property development company, is looking for a bright, switched on and IT literate Part Time PA/Project Co-ordinator to join them on a 4 day a week basis.

(Mon to Thurs 9am - 5pm ideally but this could be flexible)

The role is based in a rural location just outside Marlow. Sometimes, the office is busy and there's lots going on, other times it can be fairly quiet and you may be in the office by yourself so they would like someone who is proactive and happy with this. There are also 4 dogs in the office so you'll need to be comfortable with this.

This is a highly diverse and challenging position that will utilise your organisation, administrative and communication skills. You will be supporting the Directors and Project Manager with varied responsibilities and a muck-in approach is a must.

You will be responsible for coordinating our client's administrative requirements in relation to the new development projects, dealing with current tenants' needs and new tenancies, maintenance and utility companies.
We are looking for the ability to coordinate activities within a project and utilise internal resources to produce results on time and to the highest possible standard. A background within property is advantageous but not essential for someone proactive and quick to learn.

Excel and database skills are required for accounts payable & receivable but accountancy training is not required.
The role will also require duties, responsibilities and functions as a PA to free Directors' time so that they can spend maximum time on strategic tasks and you must be happy taking care of a number of personal PA duties such as booking travel, restaurants and managing various private assets.

Required skills and characteristics
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills - the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately via email and telephone at all levels
* Capable of organising and executing multiple projects concurrently with ever-changing priorities
* Highly competent with MS Office and experience with databases
* Very good prioritisation skills to balance key priorities - The ability to plan and manage time, be computer literate and reliable
* Methodical
* Tenacious
* Muck-in approach is a must in a small office environment
* The ability to be self-motivated, to work alone and as part of a small team with minimum supervision

Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training and skills. If we do not have anything suitable we will not keep your CV for more than 30 days.
